“The Bhagavad Gita is a spiritual instruction manual that teaches how to transform a habit of worry into to worry-free state”

Worry is one of the major causes that rob our happiness and peace from our life.
A moderate amount of worry may even have positive effects, if it prompts people to take precautions such as studying for exams, buying insurance or driving carefully. However, a habit of chronic worry (constant concerns for every little thing) releases toxins in the body that cause many diseases, miseries and unhappiness. It weakens the immune system, cause heart attacks, high blood pressure, ulcers, gastrointestinal problems, muscular aches and pains, allergies, respiratory problems, insomnia, and finally loss of vital energy.

Most of the people wish to stop worrying, in fact, they try very hard but do not succeed.

The Bhagavad Gita, an ancient timeless treasure of wisdom for the humankind and a spiritual guide from India offers the best advice on how to live a worry- free life. The Gita is not just a book of spirituality, but also an instruction manual for daily life that guides step-by-step how to change the habit of worrying, and start living happily and peacefully.

As Lord Krishna says in the Gita (My questions God`s Answers”)

Worry causes all the pains, miseries and unhappiness in our life.

One who does not give up worrying, fear, anxiety, grief, despair and arrogance is an ignorant and unhappy person (G.18.35)

Worry is often due to confusion, lack of knowledge and awareness.

Therefore, let the scripture (divine company) be your authority in determining what one should do and what one should not do. Having known what is said in the ordinance of the scripture, you should do your work accordingly so you are gradually being elevated. (G.16.24)

When body and mind are relaxed; stress and worry cannot come near you.

One becomes completely free from desires, fear, anger and worries, liberates himself and attains Supreme Bliss, when he renounces all sentient enjoyment, fixes his eye and vision between the two eyebrows, regulates inward and outward breath by Pranayam, maintains senses, mind, and intellect under control and has Self– Realization (Liberation, Moksha) as the Supreme goal of his life. (G.5.27–28)

Do your best, have faith, and let go is the best path to Worry – Free Life

Abandon all attachments to the fruit of action/duties; just totally surrender to Me with firm faith. I will liberate you from all sins. Do not worry. (G.18.66)
