Satya Kalra was Invited As Chief Guest to Balasangam
Path to Anandam founder Satya Kalra was invited as Chief Guest at Balasangam 2011 organized by the Hindu Swayamsevak Sangh (HSS www.hssus.org). The event was held May 21 at the De Anza College in Cupertino, Calif.
The event provided children up to 8th grade an opportunity to showcase their talent and enjoy an afternoon of cultural entertainment. It was also a platform for children to learn some aspects of the Hindu Dharma.
HSS, a voluntary, non-profit, social and cultural organization, aims to organize events for the Hindu community in order to preserve, practice and promote Hindu ideals and values. Satya was grateful to HSS for organizing the event. “Education without ‘dharma’ can’t build one’s character,” Satya said in her speech.
